Investigators’ Meetings Conduct
Our investigator meetings provide a platform for open discussion, allowing us to collaborate with investigators to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials. We prioritize clear communication, transparency, and a focus on meeting the objectives of the study.
1. Pre-Study Meeting:
To ensure that investigators and study staffs fully understand the protocol.
To discuss potential issues in the trial and to obtain consensus from each investigator so that uniform procedure will be performed among investigators.
To minimize the variation that may be caused by different investigators.
2. Close-out Meeting:
To comprehensively review the study report
To review and discuss any issues that may have arisen during the trial.
To summarize the study results, and provide recommendations for future studies if needed.
