StatPlus will conduct the following investigators’ meetings for the sponsors.

1. Pre-Study Meeting

• • • To ensure that investigators and study staffs fully understand the protocol.

    • To discuss potential issues in the trial and to obtain consensus from each investigator so that uniform procedure will be performed among investigators.

    • To minimize the variation that may be caused by different investigators.

2. Close-out Meeting

    • To review and further discuss issues in the trial

    • To summarize the study results
